Maintenance Technician
Full-Time Position; Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Must be available for on-call after hours work on a rotating basis.
Summary: The Maintenance Technician reports to the Facilities Director and supports maintaining Greensboro Urban Ministry (GUM)'s real estate portfolio, including multiple shelter programs/locations and a large multi-service site. The Maintenance Technician will work with GUM's internal operations team to address building system needs, maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment. Performs maintenance and repairs related to buildings, grounds, and equipment in one or more areas, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and grounds.
