Partnership Village is a transitional housing community for formerly homeless individuals and families consisting of 32 studio apartments, 12 two-bedroom family apartments, and 24 three-bedroom family apartments. The goal of Partnership Village is to assist the homeless in becoming self-sufficient with permanent housing within two years through the provision of case management and supportive services. Our dream is for many of these formerly homeless people to become owners of their own homes!
