GREENSBORO — The Interactive Resource Center, which provides a place for the homeless to go during the day, has gone cyber.
The center recently launched a new Web site at www.gsodaycenter.org. It offers such information as history of the center, plans for moving to the new location, contact numbers and a link to donate.
Since January, the day center has helped more than 1,000 homeless or near homeless people, director Liz Seymour said in a prepared satement. Last month, the center served 101 new people and helped 19 clients find jobs, she said.
